Springsteen & Finding Purpose

If you have ever been to a Bruce Springsteen concert, watched one on Youtube, or listened to a live album, you know that it  is more then just a music performance.  The best way I can describe it is an old time spiritual revival where for 3 + hours you sing and dance along with Bruce in a state of pure joy.  In a recent interview, Bruce described why people come to his concerts - "to remember what it feels like to be truly alive!".  This resonates in the discovery of our personal purpose, in life and in work - you don't have to create it from scratch, you merely have to rediscover it.  Great companies learned long ago to help their people do so.  Thank you to the Boss!
